Grant Seabolt, Esq
Grant is currently with the Dallas, Texas law firm of Seabolt Law Group. He serves as business law advisor to small to mid-market businesses. He assisted in launching start-up companies and assisted mature companies to transition as well as sophisticated business transactions, including investor offerings, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. Grant has provided outside general counsel related services, and has served as outside General Counsel to two publicly traded companies. He has also worked with companies and individuals in establishing presence in international offshore jurisdictions.
As speaker, Grant is frequently Continuing Legal Education on alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration), business law, and asset protection planning.
